                Immediate Deletion: The data you provide (Name, Phone, Email, Date/Time, Description) is used exclusively to facilitate the real-time processing and execution of your specific booking. Once your service is completed or cancelled, this specific booking data is immediately deleted or anonymized on our operational systems. We do not build a permanent user profile or maintain a history of your services.

Cleaning Professionals: The only parties who receive your specific booking details (like address if provided in description, or contact name) are the cleaning professionals assigned to perform your service.
